In-house Customization
We offer most of what you can imagine in customization and processing, In-house. With our own large stocks, you gain, besides fewer and shorter transports and less environmental impact, also faster flow and deliveries, while maintaining full control as a customer. With a large in-house stock and all types of customization & processing, any errors can quickly be corrected. Give us a call and ask – we can handle almost anything!
The warehouse has system-controlled flow for sales, storage/picking, and processing. Plus, your own and non-stocked items are also managed in the system, with double point of control (incoming & outgoing), as well as full delivery monitoring. We also stock customers' transfers and badges with unique item numbers.
The Order Process
1 PLACE ORDER
Orders without processing are easiest placed in the webshop. For printing, embroidery, sewing, piece packing, etc., call/email us, and we will check stock availability & help to ensure everything is correct.
2 SEND IN ALL ARTWORKS
Artworks are easiest sent by email. They are first assessed by support, then also by our graphic department, so we know they work in practice.
NOTE! All orders & artworks must be made according to the checklist below, so that we can guarantee delivery time & cost.
3 ARTWORK PROOFS
When the artworks are OK, we prepare proofs, with your artwork in the correct place, in the right size, on the desired products. Proofs must be checked and approved by the customer.
NOTE! The promised delivery time starts only when we have received the proof approval by the customer (not when the order is placed).
4 ORDER CONFIRMATION
When the order has been registered in our system and all proofs have been approved, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It is the customer's responsibility to check that everything in the order confirmation is correct (items, sizes, colors, finishing, delivery address, etc.).
5 PICK & PRODUCTION
As soon as the order confirmation has been sent out, we start picking orders, prepare print originals, order transfers, ensure we have the correct embroidery thread, etc.; then the finishing process begins.
6 DELIVERY & INVOICING
When your order leaves us, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number via email. The invoice will also be sent by email at that time.
Checklist for Artwork etc.
We need the following information before production begins. The promised delivery time will not start counting until we have all the correct information, functioning originals, and your proof approval.
Artworks
- Vectorized artwork (logo, illustration, text, etc.)
- Printing inks: only solid (non-gradient) PMS colors
- For process transfer: artwork with at least 250-300 dpi resolution
- Sizes of all print and embroidery
- Exact placement of print etc. on all items/garments

Customization Options
| Transfer Printing Fast, convenient and the most common printing method today. Created using screen printing technology; requires vector graphics and solid PMS colours (1–10 colours, price increases per colour). High colour accuracy and durability. All transfers are manufactured first, then applied using heat and pressure, almost anywhere on the garment, including the neck. Best suited to smaller volumes. Ordered in packs of 25 (any remaining transfers can be saved). The maximum area for transfers is 700 cm². |

| Process Transfer Printing Works and is applied in the same way as standard transfers. Produced using screen printing technology, with colour separation for CMYK colours. Thus, you can use photos, gradients and halftones. High colour accuracy and durability. Transparent details are OK, so you’re not limited to square prints. Slightly more expensive due to the cost of colour separation. Ordered in packs of 25 (any leftover transfers can be saved). The maximum area for a process transfer is 700 cm². |

| DTF Transfer Printing Applied in the same way as standard transfers but produced in a different way; printed using inkjet technology directly onto film (CMYK colours + white overprint). Supports photos, gradations, transparency and an unlimited number of colours (may sometimes result in slightly excessive colour saturation). Quick and easy handling of originals. Cheaper for smaller volumes (available in any print run). Can therefore even be used for unique details on each transfer (though the cost is per original). The maximum area for a DTF transfer is 1100 cm². |

| Reflective Transfer Printing Exactly like standard transfers, except that the design is produced on a reflective surface. Slightly more expensive and available in up to 7 colours (not just silver). This gives a stylish sheen and offers unique design possibilities. Ordered in packs of 25 (any leftover transfers can be saved). The maximum total area for reflective transfers is slightly smaller than for other transfer types: 500 cm². |

| Screen Printing A durable, classic printing method for soft textiles and garments (incl. inside of neck). Ink is pressed through a screen/stencil, deep into the fibres of the garment. One screen is created for each colour, and then colours are printed one at a time through the respective screen. Requires vector graphics and solid PMS colours (1–10 colours; the price increases per colour). Best suited to larger areas and higher volumes. |

| Embroidery Classic, luxurious branding that works well on a wide range of materials, in your choice of colour, size and placement. Based on your original design, an ‘embroidery card’ is created, detailing the position, length and direction of each stitch. That card involves a one-off cost (embroidery cards can be reused). The embroidery is carried out on our modern machine, which has 6 embroidery heads (12 needles). Time and cost vary depending on the complexity of the design. |

| Badges/Sewing Sewing on your own badges, labels & tags to highlight your own or your customers’ identity. Fast delivery (usually 1–2 weeks depending on quantity), with no minimum order requirements as the products are in stock. Our seamstresses can replace or attach labels to most products: T-shirts, jackets, bags, hats, etc. Usually, the seam is unpicked, the original label is removed and replaced. We can also design and order labels for you. Of course, you are also welcome to send us your own labels. |

| Piece Packaging Individual piece/unit packaging is offered in a wide range of options and combinations: hangtags, EAN codes, inserts, bags and packaging, special folding, etc. Every case is truly unique, so please give us a call to discuss your requirements. We welcome your creative solutions, and we can handle most things in-house. |
