Processing

In-house processing

We offer most of what you can imagine in processing, In-house. With our large own inventory, you gain, besides fewer and shorter transports and less environmental impact, also faster flows and deliveries, while maintaining full control as a customer. Give us a call and ask – we handle most things!

With a large in-house inventory and all types of processing, any errors can be quickly corrected. The inventory has a system-controlled flow for sales, storage/picking, and processing. Your own and non-stocked items are also managed in the system, with double control (incoming & outgoing), as well as full delivery monitoring. We also stock customers' transfers with unique item numbers.

Order processing

1 PLACE ORDER
Orders without processing are easiest placed in the webshop. For printing, embroidery, sewing, piece packing, etc., call/email us, and we will check stock availability & help to ensure everything is correct.

2 SEND IN ALL ORIGINALS
Originals are easiest sent by email. They are first assessed by support, then also by our graphic department, so we know they work in practice.
NOTE! All orders & originals must be made according to the checklist below, so that we can guarantee delivery time & cost.

3 CORRECTION
When the originals are OK, we prepare proofs, with your originals in the correct place, in the right size on the desired products. Proofs must be checked and approved by the customer.
NOTE! The promised delivery time starts only when we have received the proof approved by the customer (not when the order is placed).

4 ORDER CONFIRMATION
When the order has been registered in our system and all proofs have been approved, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It is the customer's responsibility to check that everything in the order confirmation is correct (items, sizes, colors, finishing, delivery address, etc.).

5 PICK & PRODUCTION
As soon as the order confirmation has been sent out, we start picking orders, prepare print originals, order transfers, ensure we have the correct embroidery thread, etc.; then the finishing process begins.

6 DELIVERY & INVOICING
When your order leaves us, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number via email. The invoice will also be sent by email at that time.

Processing types

Transfer printing
Fast, smooth, and the most common printing method today. Works best with vector graphics and requires solid colors (1-10 colors, price increases with the number of colors). Transfers are first produced in the desired quantity, and then attached with heat & pressure almost anywhere on the entire garment, even on the neck. Best for smaller volumes. The minimum transfer quantity is 25 pcs, but leftover transfers can be saved. Maximum total area on transfers is 700 cm².
Processtransfer
Works and is mounted like a regular transfer print, but the transfer is created with digital printing, in CMYK color. This allows the use of photos, gradients & halftone printing. Transparent details also work, so you are not limited to square prints. The maximum total area for process transfer is 700 cm².
Reflextransfer
Exactly like a regular transfer, but the design is produced on a reflective surface. Slightly more expensive and up to 7 colors (not just silver). It gives a nice shine and unique design possibilities. The maximum total area for process transfer is somewhat smaller here; 500 cm².
Screen printing
Classic printing for soft textiles and garments, including the neck area, where color is pressed through a stencil, deeply into the garment's fibers. One printing stencil is created per color, then one color at a time is printed through each respective stencil. Requires vector graphics and solid colors (1-10 colors, price increases with the number of colors). Best suited for larger areas and volumes. Stencils can be saved and reused.
Brothers
Classic, luxurious labeling that works well on many different materials, in any color, size, and placement. Based on your original, an "embroidery card" is created with the placement, length, and direction of each stitch. The card involves a one-time cost (the embroidery card can be reused). The embroidery is performed on our modern machine, with 6 embroidery heads (12 needles). Time & cost may be affected by the complexity of the design.
Private Label
Sewing, labels & tags, to enhance your own or your customers' identity. Fast delivery (usually 1-2 weeks depending on quantity), with no volume requirements as the products are in our warehouse. Our seamstresses replace or insert labels on most products; T-shirts, jackets, bags, hats, etc. Usually, the seam is unpicked, the original label removed and replaced. Labels are produced by Nordiska Etikettbolaget but it is of course also possible to send your own labels to us.
Piece packaging
Individual packaging is offered in several different variants and combinations; hangtags, EAN codes, inserts, bags and packaging, special folds, etc. Each case is truly unique, so call and ask us; we solve most things in-house.
